Bari Liebowitz, DC, CCSP
Bari Liebowitz, DC, CCSP has been practicing chiropractic care since 2000. She is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, with a master's degree in human nutrition. She is also pursuing advanced training in functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Bari is certified in the Graston Technique™, which she integrates into treatment plans to accelerate healing and help patients return to activity sooner. She also utilizes advanced therapies including Shockwave Therapy—using soundwaves to promote tissue repair—and laser therapy.
With a broad and diverse background, Dr. Bari provides comprehensive, well-rounded care. Her philosophy goes beyond symptom relief—she focuses on treating the body as a whole and addressing the root cause of health issues. By combining chiropractic therapy, therapeutic exercise, and soft tissue techniques, she offers a holistic approach to restoring balance and supporting optimal wellness.
Before relocating to Bend in 2010, Dr. Bari spent a decade practicing in California. During her final year there, she served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where she had previously earned a place on the Dean’s List and received the Clinical Excellence Award—all while running her private practice in Palo Alto.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Bari enjoys hiking with her dogs, staying active with regular workouts, chasing rallies on the pickleball court, cooking, and spending quality time with her son, Beckett. Her mission is clear and inspiring: to educate and empower as many people as possible to live healthy, active, and pain-free lives. Colton Pope, DC
Dr. Pope is the newest member of Total Body Chiropractic. He was born and raised in New Mexico and moved to Oregon in 2011. With a passion for anatomy, physiology and functional movement, Dr. Pope received a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University - Cascades. He then moved on to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a B.S. in Human Biology from Western States University. His favorite part about being a chiropractor is helping patients return to work/play, rebuild functional movements and achieve desired fitness/health related goals. Dr. Pope enjoys spending his time off with his wife and two daughters. We are so excited for him to join our team!

Lulu, a Golden Retriever therapy dog, and Wallace, a Labradoodle, assist Dr. Bari in greeting patients. They excel at their job of making patients feel welcome and comfortable by bringing them a toy or ball when they enter the office. In their spare time, Lulu and Wallace enjoy running, eating, chasing squirrels and chipmunks, and snuggling with humans.
